1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kechen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Description of Service
Kechen is a marketplace platform connecting home chefs with customers. We facilitate food ordering, payment processing, and delivery coordination. Kechen is not a restaurant and does not prepare food directly.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Orders and Payments
All prices are displayed in USD. Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation. Subscription charges recur weekly on the same day you started your subscription.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion for quality issues or undelivered orders. Contact support within 24 hours of delivery for refund requests.
5. Chef Terms
Chefs are independent contractors, not employees of Kechen. Chefs are responsible for food safety, accurate menu descriptions, and timely preparation. Kechen retains a platform fee from each transaction.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kechen acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of food prepared by chefs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kechen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
