3. Information Sharing
We share your delivery address and order details with the chefs preparing your meals, so they can cook and hand off your order.
We also use the service providers below, and share only the information each one needs to do its job:
- Stripe — payment processing and chef payouts (card details go directly to Stripe; we never store them).
- Uber Direct — courier delivery. When you choose courier delivery, the courier receives your name, delivery address and contact details. If Uber Direct is unavailable we may use a backup courier service (currently DoorDash Drive) for the same purpose.
- Resend — sending order, account and support email.
- Mapbox — address lookup and maps.
- Supabase — database, file storage and account authentication.
- Vercel — hosting for our websites and apps.
- Sentry — error monitoring, which can receive technical request data when something goes wrong.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is never stored on our servers. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
